At the bottom of the page, choose the portrait questionnaire that best fits your current situation. You can decide whether to answer the questions in Danish or English. First of all, you will be asked to give your consent.

It is important that you provide detailed answers to all the questions ¨C this will make your profile the best, most interesting, and most personal. Incomplete responses will not be published.

You should answer the questions based on your time at AAU and the competencies you gained there. The profile will be sent to your former study program. They may follow up if they would like you to elaborate on certain answers.

You should send two photos ¨C for example, a portrait photo, photos from your time studying, or photos from your work ¨C via email to alumni@aau.dk.

Your photos should preferably be of high quality, in landscape format, and at least 800 pixels wide. By sending photos, you accept that AAU may use them in connection with marketing your profile.

Your profile can only be published once we have received suitable photos.

As a starting point, your text will typically be published as you have written it. However, we reserve the right not to publish incomplete/unfinished answers. AAU Alumni proofreads and prepares a cover. When your portrait is published, you will receive a message with a link.

When you are part of AAU Alumni's portrait series, you accept that your portrait is published on AAU Alumni's website. The portrait can also be shared on AAU Alumni's profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook and through the network's newsletters. Your portrait or parts of it can also be used by AAU and your previous studio. In some cases, we will translate your answer (DA-EN/EN-DA).

Finally, remember to invite other alumni with interesting careers to create a portrait with us.
